By using TETCHA you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
1. Accounts and verification
Teachers must provide accurate information, a live selfie, and a valid government ID. Employers must provide proof of organisation. Fake profiles, fraudulent identities, and shared accounts are prohibited.
2. Content you post
You keep ownership of your résumé, video, and documents. You grant TETCHA a limited licence to host and display them to verified employers as part of the service.
3. What TETCHA does
We verify teacher identity and employer organisations, run the platform with reasonable security practices, and facilitate connections. TETCHA is not an employer or a placement agency.
4. What an employer sees
An employer only sees your profile if you apply to their posting or opt in to sourcing visibility. You can withdraw an application at any time; the employer sees only the updated documents, never the full history.
5. Prohibited uses
Illegal discrimination, harassment, attempts to bypass verification, automated scraping, and posting fake jobs are prohibited and result in suspension.
6. Fees
Teacher access is free. Employers pay to post jobs and search teachers; pricing is shown at checkout.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
